Rod excels in all things strategy. He coaches, advises and trains leaders to improve their strategic acumen.
He brings over 30 years of executive experience in various sectors, including executive roles in the academic, for-profit, and not-for-profit sectors. Rod is a former CEO with extensive board experience and is passionate about good governance as a foundation of successful organizations. Rod has worked with many organizations to help define their strategy and align their resources to achieve outstanding results.
Rod holds an MBA in Leadership and Strategy, a B.Sc, and a BA, from the University of Calgary. He holds the Acc. Dir designation from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada and is a Certified Leadership Coach. In addition, he holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
