With over 30 years of executive experience across the academic, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, Rod brings deep expertise in leadership, governance, and strategic transformation. A former CEO and seasoned board director, he is passionate about strengthening governance as a cornerstone of organizational success.

Rod holds an MBA in Leadership and Strategy, along with degrees in Science and Arts from the University of Calgary. He is a Certified Leadership Coach, a Fellow Chartered Professional in Human Resources (FCPHR), and holds the Accredited Director (Acc. Dir) designation from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
